Terms of Use

1. Prices & Charges:

All goods are shipped as to the customers requirements.
Prices for shipments are for the receiver. Prices are subject to change without notice, although we will endeavour to keep our customers constantly notified of any increases of changes.
Insurance for all goods is the sole responsibility of our customers and any shortage due to interference should be referred to the freight agent and reported within 48 hours.

2. Customer Orders:

Orders are handled directly. For offline paid orders: If we haven’t received the payment within 12 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
If you aren’t able to pay within 12 days but are still interested in the order, please send an e-mail within these 12 days to info@cenobite.nl to agree a longer payment term.
If you want to cancel your order, also please e-mail to info@cenobite.nl.
If you have paid online and made a mistake, just e-mail to info@cenobite.nl within 2 days so we can cancel the payment.
We can’t guarantee that the payment will be cancelled if the customer reports his/her mistake later than 2 days after placing the order.

Every precaution is taken to ensure that all goods leave our office in first-class condition.
We do not accept any returns, unless a specific agreement has been made.
On all Sale Items as offered on our website, we follow a no-return policy.
All shipping and pricing errors must be reported within two days. Otherwise the customer will not be able to claim anything.
All freight-charges and customs-charges, incurred by the customer while returning the goods, have to be paid by the customer.

3. Payment Conditions:

All shipments made to our customers have to be paid in advance

Bank/giro Transfer: the order will be sent to the customer as soon as we received your payment on our bank account and all ordered items are in stock at our office.

Note that all costs made by the payment have to be paid by the customer! Please report the order-number on your deposit, so we can guarantee you the fastest service possible.
All goods remain property of Cenobite Records until the payment has been received in full.

Online Payment methods: the order will be sent to the customer as soon as we received a confirmation of the online payment and all ordered items are in stock at our office.

4. Customs & TAX countries outside EU :

The rules for purchasing items online from anywhere outside the European Union, means that:

you must always pay VAT. As of July 1, 2021, there is no longer a VAT exemption for products under €22.
you must also pay import duties if products cost more than €150.
However, costs that you have not yet paid, such as import duties, are settled with the delivery company.

The delivery company will also need to declare the goods to customs and pay customs clearance costs.
These costs will be passed on to you.

 

5. Refunds:

We will need to receive the order back before we send any refunds.

Whatever the destination, you want your parcel to get to where it’s going as fast as possible.
Track & Trace so you know where your order is at any time.
We know it’s a bit expensive but the only way we can guarantee you get the order 100%
You could consider to order extra items for a friend or as a gift since this will not have influence on the total shipping price up to 5 kilo

How long does the shipment take?

After your order has been placed, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
The order will be shipped after we received the payment.
Delivery time may vary sometimes due to availability of products and the delivery service.
How long delivery takes depends on where you live.
Inside the EU it normally takes less than 2 weeks.
All stuff on the net is available and on stock however sometimes we have to wait for our suppliers.
Outside the EU it can take about 20 days for shipment.
To make a long story short delivery times may vary.

RETURN  SHIPMENTS

Cenobite supports the quality of everything we sell and we hope you are happy with our products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to return products.
The products must be unworn, in the condition in which you received them and returned in their original packaging (including the label).

1) PACK YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT

Pack the products you want to return. Close the packaging well and attach the return label on the outside of your package.
Make sure all old shipping labels, stickers and other materials have been removed or invalidated.

2) RETURN FIXING AND REPAYMENT

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your return has been accepted and processed. Your refund will take place as soon as the product (s) you have returned are checked by our quality assurance team.
It can take about 14 days or more until the reimbursement is visible on your account.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
